Adorable Reversible Parrot Vest

Hand-made open Vest, no buttons. Has been worn with love and is in very good condition. Measures in front from top of shoulder to bottom 23" x 16.5" across shoulder to shoulder; back 21.5" from top to bottom and 23" across back middle. Only flaw is on the inside edge, a couple of threads sticking up (photo 3). Barely noticeable at all, cannot see it from the parrot side.
