roguerevival @bsandoval93 Should be right between a 10-12 Australian. Bust measures 28 flat but is smocked so once expanded reaches to 38 inches. Waist is high right below bust and is elasticized due to smocked top and has exact same measurements. Hope that helps!! In love with this one 💕
