akznyc Hi there - I received this and it's completely different than the picture. It has 3/4 length sleeves and not cap sleeves. Can you please advise how I should proceed? I wanted the one in the picture.

akznyc @ocposh30 hi there - thanks for getting back to me. You didn’t send me this jacket - you sent me one with long sleeves. I need to return in and either get a refund or have you send me the correct coat (this one has cap sleeves that are rolled). If you want me to take pictures of the coat you sent me to show you it’s not the one in the pictures, I can.
