DO NOT under any circumstances buy or sell to @brittanywileyxo !!!!!! She purchased a lululemon tank top from me, claimed it was damaged, and got approved to send it back! All good right?? Wrong! I though it was all OK, even tried re-listing prior to opening the package and guess what happened when I did??? She sent me back a H&M tank top that I have never seen in my life!!!! This is so sad because I try hard to be a good seller. Please spread the word!

brigettele @silkandleather you're ridiculous. If you ever really shopped at lulu before you'd know that the black Pima cotton isn't a dark black. There was lint on the top im sorry. I can't control you wanting to scam me. But it's just not right. I work hard to buy my new goods but not so a dishonest girl can steal from me. 💕

cajt62 @brigettele I had a situation a while back and kept getting generic responses from posh. I continued to send emails when I did not get a response after a few days and when I got a response that did not directly regard my problem. I finally got a human with a name and made sure I used her name and replied on the same email. Make sure that you give all info plus order number and go into detail how you feel as a seller you are not being protected.

cajt62 @brigettele be strong but not unprofessional. Express you feelings but make sure you don't sound like your whining (that was not meant to be offensive, i had to catch myself in that one). Express that you feel like the process of returns needs to be handled in a different way so that everyone is protected. Tell them how you love Posh and how you thought it was worth losing 20% being on a site that is classier than most and that

cajt62 @brigettele it is and I don't like to sit around talking crud about posh and whining about every little tog cause they obviously can't make everyone happy about everything. But when it comes to the scamming problem, we need to speak up and report what's going on. And talking to other poshers that may have experienced similar problems can give you ideas plus help you vent so that you can deal with posh professionally.

cajt62 @brigettele ahhhh, don't do that. Hang in there and help make a difference. Not everyone is like that and the amount of good people you have met on here I'm sure out weighs the a**holes. Think about it while you are waiting for other orders to process and before you actually delete anything. I hope you change your mind and look at it as a learning experience. But, I do understand, I just don't want you to do anything until you have some time to think about it.
