This top is so pretty! Is the fabric sheer? Would I need to wear a tank underneath? I am a 32C with broad shoulders and a 28β waist. I typically wear a US medium or small depending on cut. What size would you suggest?

@nwillets yes it is very pretty! It's sheer, yes. Not necessarily need a rank underneath, especially if you wear it on a beach, pool, etc. If you are big busted, Medium. If not, the small is ok because is kinda A line.
