rachels_btq @lissa02 It can fit both ways - it can be worn longer or twisted to fit right under the breast bone- the straps can also hang off the shoulders

rachels_btq @slna_estala no sorry only a Small - I have a Large in the same exact suit but the bottoms are solid black and the top is the the pink palm leaf print as the bottoms on these. I'll list it and tag you. ❤
