Do you have any like this in a size 5.25 with the moonstone?
May 07Reply

vjaxn
@hwtinkerbell I checked through my wholesalers websites. No 5.25 available. So sorry. Whole and a few half sizes are the most common.

What's the band made out of?
Oct 22Reply

vjaxn
@sarah_unt Sorry this vendor details are limited. Only states 925 plated. Doesn't disclose what the composition of the base metal is.

Is the color of the band silver or gold? I know it says "gold plated," but is it white gold?

Valerie, I thought you might like to know that this ring had very rough edges on the top of the prongs holding the stone and that the stone is loose. I was able to use a fine emery board to smooth out the roughness of the prongs so they would not snag any fabrics or hosiery, but some of the base metal is now exposed (although this is not noticeable unless you look closely). I believe the stone is secure, but it still moves somewhat, even though I tried to use my needle-nose pliers to tighten the prongs. The roughness appeared to be an artifact of the plating process which was not buffed off and made smooth during the manufacturing of the ring. I still like and will keep the ring, though -- just wanted to let you know.

@samurai1951 Hey I'm really sorry there is a defect that I didn't see. I just ordered a replacement however it may take a few weeks. Maybe I'll get lucky and find the earrings you liked. I'll let you know. My appologies.

@vjaxn No worries, Valerie. I'll keep the ring. You gave me a really good deal on it and the two blouses (which fit great, are in great condition and are beautiful!). I just thought you should know about the ring so you can look for such defects and/or notify your supplier. Have a blessed week! I look forward to shopping your closet again.

@samurai1951 Thanks my friend. Again my appologies for missing the defect.

Thanks for letting me know. Do you want me to send the other one back? As I said, I will be satisfied to keep it. Let me know whether you anticipated an exchange or a new purchase. Thanks!
