aries_boutique @kittydog79 Hi Mandy, Here are the measurements you requested. The waist for the small is 13 ins. while the medium skorts is 14.5 ins. The length measurement is the same for both items 11 ins. Also, you should know that the waist has a little elasticity so there is a little give in the waist. Best wishes.
