What are the measurements for small and medium?

@s308 - Small is 13.5 inches flat across the waist & stretches to 16 inches. Armpit to hem is 23 inches. 11 inches flat on the legs. The M measured exactly the same, so I'm going to change the listing to S also. Hope this helps. 💕
