I want dogs too but my landlord doesn't allow them so I'm waiting til I buy a house in the country to get them, and some other animals of the farming kind. It is such a devastating event in life. my kitty is still hanging in there but she isn’t herself and I know this is all borrowed time... actually one of the reasons I jumped off for a while was that my grandma passed and it was just a shit time all around. All I can do is try to be gentle with myself... so that’s my best best advice... give yourself love and care first when life is challenging you...
