Shoulder seam to end of sleeve on the outside of arm is 10 inches. Under arm to bottom of Blouse is 16inches. Laying flat - 19inches across bust but it also has pleats

nfrantzso there is actually more room if needed. Laying flat: from the shoulder seam to the bottom of Blouse is 25 inches. Laying flat: bottom is 33 inches across. Let me know if you need more measurements. Thanks!

nfrantz@jessieb9388 Hi Jessie! Thanks for your inquiry! This blouse is made of rayon. So it flows but not if it were like a silk or light weight cotton material. It's not a thin, soft, flowing fabric. It's moves when you move but it's not going to be blown by the wind and end up over your head. Geeeezzzz.... this is harder then what I thought , explaining details of fabric. LOL Well, let me know if you need me to try a different explanation.
