They are mismarked as a size 7 and are actually more like a size 8.5. For better reference the flat measurement of insole is 9.5" long x 3" wide. They have an instep similar to a pair of converse. lasamplecloset@jessee006 ..... I can wear a size 7 in sport shoes even though I wear. Size 8 in regular shoes.....so I think they run big. But if you normally wear a size 8 in sport shoes, you'll probably be fine. ;-)
