luraylane@cspeers Hi! Laying flat the underarm to underarm measurment is 14 1/2 inches and it has stretchy back panels. I am a 32 C and it fits, could also fit a 34 A or B, or or smaller. The stretch in the back helps. 13 inches flat measurement for waist, but also has the stretch in back. Hop this helps. :)
