@brookfaram hmm, I think it's between. It's 17 inches wide and 13 inches long from the base of the handle. It's a good size because you can fit your wallet, keys, makeup bag, cell phone, scarf, and even a book without everything getting lost inside, or feeling like you're dragging an overnight bag around!

Hi again! So the bag is 19 inches from the base of the horn (handle) to the bottom of the bag. The width is 17 inches and the actual bag is 11 inches deep. The top of the bag snaps shut but opens wide. I posted 2 more pics w measuring:)
