Got the ring in the mail yesterday. Mailed it before I got the mailing label from Posh so just made my own label. I have the tracking # so if you don't get it within the next week, please let me know. I didn't send it 2-day. Getting a little overwhelmed with all the Posh messages I'm getting. Hope I didn't commit a posh faux pas by making my own mailing label. I've never returned anything so didn't know that they would send me a return label. You and I just worked out that I would send it back to you so I did it immediately and as I said, before I got their label.

I noticed on UPS tracking that they have a banner that states the the huge fire burning in CA is slowing down service. Maybe that's what's happening here.
Got an email from posh today saying that since I didn't use their shipping label, time is up and they're closing the "the case of the missing ring" (as I'm calling it). They said they've released the funds to you so hopefully when you received the ring, we can work something out for this one. Phew...this sure has taken up some time!

Hi again. Just tracked again...same response. Tried to call PO and they have a menu system where you can't reach a rep...what a surprise. Only option I had was to track it on their automated system which would give me the same response. If I weren't on O2 24/7, I would go to the PO, stand in line for an hour and talk to them about it. If there's no movement soon, I'll do that.

I'm so glad! I hate to think of anyone being in pain. I'm in terrible chronic pain from a failed spinal surgery 5 yrs ago so I know how debilitating it is. Sometimes it's all I can think about which as you can imagine, makes it hard to focus and function.
