I'm a true women's 6.5 and the 4.5 fits perfectly. Those are my observations, but please do your own research in case! This is the SAME listing as the other Primeknits in my closet except these are tagged under women and the other tagged under men. Please purchase on that listing if you're interested in these!

@laurenwhite1994 omg I totally understand I can never get these in store either!! I'm a true size 6.5 and size 7 is usually too big for me but I fit both the men's size 4.5 and 5. The 4.5 is just right so if you're between sizes, I would probably recommend the size 5 just in case!

@_ashleywest hi! If you're a true 6.5, then I would recommend the size 4.5! However, if you're in between 6.5 and 7, then I would probably recommend size 5 because I'm a true women's 6.5 and the men's 4.5 fits just right, but I'm not too sure if it will allow a women's 7 to fit comfortably. Hope this helps!
