Portia and Scarlett gown dress

Drop dead gorgeous Royal blue Portia and Scarlett dress worn for only a couple of hours. This gown has a built in corset and was never hemmed or taken in. It is a size medium which can fit anyone 4-6. the material is a heavy stretch fabric. Brand new condition absolutely nothing wrong with it. I'm 5'9 and wore 4inch heels so plenty of room to hem to your height. Make me an offer!
