keroccs@smutzie64 thank you for your interest! The dress does have a bit of stretch. I'm 34 A/B, but it's loose for me and I was a bit worried of it slipping off if I lifted my arms. I added pads and inserts so it would stay on more tightly. The area of the dress flares out at the lower rib cage so the hip and lower waist measurement does not matter.

keroccs@smutzie64 I'm 26 waist, but I still had a little wiggle room. A seamstress can possibly let it out some as I see some fabric under the zipper. I can sell it for a good price as I'm trying to clear my closet for a move. Please let me know!
