Long sleeve white dress

White long sleeve v neck dress with ruching on both sides. Measurements are: armpit to armpit is 15 inches, waist is 12 inches and hips are 15 inches. The material is a very stretchy nylon/jersey material. The sides of the dress is a gathered ruching type of pattern. The last picture is of the side of the dress. This dress is new with tags. It runs very small.
