For reduced shipping, your buyer doesn't need to like the listing. You can like your own listing and then click out of the listing., wait a few seconds then edit the listing & drop at least 10%. You will get the notification the price dropped and about 10-15% of the time, you get a shipping reduction. However it isn't guaranteed every time. There is a special algorithm put in place by PM that decides reductions or not. It's nothing we can do or not do to definitely make it happen each time

As long as you like the listing, it doesn't matter who buys it after. If it tells you there is reduced shipping, anyone who buys within an hour... whether they liked he listing or not, will get that price. 💕💋 Hope that helps.

@everythingpink1 correct. Only you need to like it to get the notification and whoever buys that listing within an hour, if it has reduced shipping they will get it too. When there are closet price drops I never wait for the buyer to like the listing. I make their listing, I like it, I get the notification and they buy and they get it.
