nubella @lisarickard for size 16, under bust laid flat 17", in seam 5"; for size 18, under bust laid flat 18.5", in seam 5.5". Not sure if I did in seam right. I'm not a seamstress. But the shorts come mid-thigh. Hope this helps.

nubella @lisarickard oh these aren't bootie shorts. Your bum will be covered and your cheeks won't hang out. They fit mid-thigh to upper thigh depending on your height.

nubella @lisarickard no worries. Waist laid flat size 16 = 19" will stretch to 22"; size 18 waist laid flat 21" will stretch to 24".

nubella @lisarickard Doll, this is the last question about these I can answer. From waistband to leg its 16". These are 100% polyester so not "silky" per se. It does have an inner panty is not "swimsuit" material like. It's a swimsuit but can be worn in or out of the water. Inside treated it's a swimsuit outside whether walking on the beach or the deck of a cruise ship it looks like a cute short set that doesn't need swimsuit coverup. If you order tonight I will ship it in the morning.

nubella @lisarickard no offense taken. There's just nothing more I can say about it. It fits true to size. If you think the 16 will be tight, get the 18. I wear size 16/18 and the 18 fits me perfectly. And no, I will not be modeling it on the internet. Lol
