I believe Tiffany's has a similar bracelet. But it reminds me of the key chain I used to have a while back but lost it (Sigh...). Anyway it is 925 and adjustable. And you can add charms to it! 

kelley10028I wear a bracelet just like this. In Massachusetts this is called a Cape Cod Ball Bracelet. Look them up. It’s an East Coast thing!
