How you get them, click on the word "Followers" under the big picture on anyone's page. There you'll find thousands to click on & follow, they will follow back. Sharing, if you want Posher's to share your items, then you must share there's. At the end of the day, you should have more shares than followers. For the extras, you want to be a Posh Ambassador II.
