84vieiraI'm sorry but U seriously gave me a one star rating for packaging and what do u mean item cleanliness its "not a brand new purse"its used and in good condition there's not stains or anything like that n you got a great deal on it i only made $27 after posh took there's Ratings mean a lot not sure if you know that or not but you don't give a one star rating for packaging and cleanliness when the purse wasn't disgusting or anything I cleaned the purse out before sending it
