Flattering Sailor Stripe Crossover Mini Dress

Adorable sailor stripe tank dress in a bodycon shape and mini length. Flattering folds on the front midsection; plain back. Would be so cute for a boat party! I cut out the back label. In perfect condition except for a tiny spot of discoloration under the arm (see fifth photo). White and very dark navy. Runs small: waist is 14" across; 17" across from armpit to armpit; 31" long from shoulder to bottom hem.
