danglina@ashtonakers3 I usually wear a 0-4 in dresses depending on the make. The small in this dress fits great. It is super stretchy. I wear a small in almost everything sometimes a Xs.

danglina@magmaa hello again the small is approx 56" long (length). I am 4'9" and I wear Smalls and extra Smalls dresses usually a 4. This dress sits really nice on me. It has a very stretchy build and I pulled it up a little on my hips and that had it to the bottom of my ankles right where my foot starts to it is adjustable on how long it is. I would say it would be absolutely perfect for you your height and to wear flats😊
