Blazer or dress jacket

I wore this as sports wear in a pageant! I have also wore it to church with a black skirt! There is a button missing on left sleeve so I will take money off for that! The buttons on the sleeves are just for looks anyway so u can take the other one off or buy new button and sew them on? This is a really cute and dressy suit with pants and/or skirt with it! It is sized an 8 but it's been taken up to a size 2 to 4
