What does back of bottoms look like? Regular bottoms? And does this have more than one snap on the top to make it tighter/loser or only one hole?

Sorry did see pic of bottom. I was just so happy about the cover up lol. But with the bathing suit I know it ties on top but the part that goes around it latches, does it only have 1 latch or can you change it to make it tighter or not

Ok this should fit me. I'm just saw around the bottom part under my chest that's why I'm afraid it'll be big there. But I think I'll bundle this and black cover up. I'm 5'5 but like 126-128lbs do you recommend S or M?
