Navy ruffle top with cold shoulder detailing. This runs small - would recommend ordering a size up. 96% polyester, 4% spandex. This does have stretch to it and is meant to be fitted. Approx. 26.5" from high point of shoulder to hem, 16" armpit to armpit, and 16" across waist.
