Amazing new in season "one shoulder" white romper . sizes Small and Medium. This is perfection! Runs true to size. I am modeling the small in last pics and I always wear xs this is a tad big. candicecouture @care2016 laid flat the waist is 14" and the hips 18" across both laid flat measurements. Hopefully I hit the hips at the right area. I measured the hips literally at the middle point from the waist to the bottom hem.
