New without tag romper. Bought this romper at H&M and tried it in size 10 (which was my size at that time) and it was too tight, then went to change it for a bigger size (to a 12) and bought it without trying it and when I got home to use I took the tags and threw them and it was too little more like an 4. 😭😭😭
