poshmishmosh @jennjames99 hi, I'm sorry to hear they didn't work. The only way I do exchanges is if you pay for shipping both ways because I only broke even on these shoes at this price. I'll be happy to exchange them or you can re-posh them using my pictures. If you want to exchange, just enclose the cost of shipping inside the package.

poshmishmosh @jennjames99 ok, use the address on the label and return them to me. You don't have to use priority mail unless you want to. The cheapest way is fine with me. Once you know how much it will cost to ship them, enclose that amount in the package so I will be able to ship the exchange. And please make sure your return address is on the label so I can get them shipped to the correct address. Let me know if you have any other questions 🙂
