BodyCon mini dress

Dark navy with lighter blue sorta wave patterns. Pictures make it look more black but it is a dark navy. New with tags but half of the tag (price part) is ripped off. Was going to give this as a gift but found something that would work better. Never worn. Smoke free home. Purchased from local boutique store.
