kcloveshearts @ownless okay so for the medium, its not very realistic to tighten the straps as tight as they go because the bathing suit would probably be up to your neck. The straps are very adjustable. For the waist, I'd recommend a 22/23in waist. The hips would probably best fit a 26/28in. The longest length with the straps pulled the farthest is about 27in ☺️

kcloveshearts @yoonissjin1 Hi! I’m actually all out of smalls, my mistake. I do have mediums and larges and they do run smaller! The waist is approx 22-23in. Hips section is about 26in & length is approx. 25in at longest length. It may be adjustable to be shorter with the adjustable straps. If you’re usually a medium I’d suggest a size large 💕

kcloveshearts @nicolettemarie2 They do have support but I wouldn't recommend if you're usually a D or DD. You wouldn't have much bust coverage on the side of the swimsuit. You'd have a lot of side breast. If you're normally a 34c you'd be fine with this monokini. :)
