Hi is this tight fitting through the hips thank you. Also do you know the length from the shoulder to the hem ?

@candicanecooper I believe the length was either 26” or 28”, I’ll have to confirm tomorrow. As for the fit, Yes, They are tight fitting across the hips, but the material is stretchy. Hope that helps!
