katrincloset @srojas3206 ring sizes are not like cloth sizes, they do not run small or big, the only way they will be running small it is if the band is a thick and wide band, so it all depends to you, I am also a size 5.5, and I do wear a size 5 and sometimes 6, it is up to you, sorry if I couldn't be more help
