teenazee@jewelsa111 if they haven't responded you have to wait exactly 7 days to the tee, for example noon to noon, if you go on your purchase and touch problem or inquiry it will tell you the exact time, at that point you can cancel, that's horrible that's happened to me twice, try that and let me know
