This is the sold out Sanctuary Toby peplum blouse in rose pink! A difficult blouse to find, this is the epitome of boho-chic. There are accentuated bell sleeves adorned with gold threading and double ruffle, a cinched waist with light ruffle at bottom hem, and a tarnished brass button closure on front. Small hole from security sensor (pictured) and top button loop needs glueing (pictured). When paired with a dark bralette, cut offs, and neutral wedges, you'll be ready for that music festival!
