Top shop dress

Cover picture is the same dress in blue just so you can get an idea of the style. One for sale is in White only. This is an 8 tall. Cut outs are on side and small key hole opening in middle. Small stain on inside of sleeve and a small run in material on chest. Can not see when worn(see pic)
