Back at it floral dress with back cut-outs

And you're back in action. Breezy floral dress. Flirty back details and mini uneven hem. Minor exposed stitching (see photo). I used to get all the compliments when I wore this to parties with a brown leather and gold belt at the waist and brown leather chunky heels. Measurements: Armpit to armpit is 16", top of back hem to bottom hem is about 22", waist is 13".
