Elastic waist band (not like a yoga waist band). 92%Polyester 8%Spandex. Very soft fabric! Fits Sizes 2-12 comfortably! Not sheer like tights. These hold their shape well. I personally own several pairs of these and would say they are comparable to the ever famous LuLaRoe leggings (of which I own over 10 pairs). Pic 2 gives an idea of the style of waist band. Care Instructions: Hand Wash/Hang Dry.
