sollye A real photo of the shoe would help, rather than a stock or screenshot. Only because I've seen the boot in the 2nd & 3rd pics and it's by ROXY, which they may have copied a FP boot but not sure.

Can you please be sure that the potential buyer have selected a default shipping address AND a default return address. Sometimes when one person does not have this information selected it creates issues at checkout.
