Okay, totally worried about snagging the part that has the mesh on the legs but so worth trying anyway, only worry I have is they fit around my hips, they are kinda big, I normally wear a size 10, should these work?

My waist is like 30" and jean size is like a 9, or 11 depending on jeans. If they have stretch to them I usually can fit in a medium in leggings.

I'm trying to get a visual on how many pieces this involves. Can you please explain what you put on first and if the lacey part is built into the leggings. I cant imagine how you would put lace on after leggings. As you can tell Im confused.
