nettasweeney Hi, the length of the body from the bottom base of the strap to hem is about 48 inches. You can pull the strings on the back of the dress tighter or looser so it's hard to be exact on the measurements. According to Bikini Lab size cart, a medium is size 7-8, 34 bust, 37 waist, 37-3/4 hips, and 62-63 inch torso. Thank you!

nettasweeney @cnwhatley Hello, I think this runs true to size. It's adjustable so a bit tricky to measure. Rough measurements: bust 38 inches, waist 34 inches, & length 50 inches from top of strap to bottom hem. I am planning to post several new coverups and I'd be happy to share them with you. I believe some are in size small. Thank you.
