Unfortunately, I'm actually out of the Medium Top in the Mocha and just have the skirt 😭😭😭 so I don't have the full Medium set. Honestly, I think you should probably stick to Smalls (Size 8 Australian) anyway ❤️ hope that helps/makes sense!
