Brand New with tags black tiered mesh skirt with multiple layers of mesh, elasticized waistband and asymmetrical hemline. Skirt is very soft & is partially lined. Sizes available are small ( 2-4), medium (6-8) or large (10-14). Because of the waistband I think this skirt would fit up to extra large. Dress it up with a pair of heels but you can also dress it down with a pair of converse or flip flops and a tee shirt. VERY CUTE!!!! PRICE FIRM!!
