mommilani@mskrystie okay. Thank you! So after using this what size would my waist be about ? & how long does it take to notice a difference ?
Apr 04Reply
mskrystie
mskrystie@mommilani Youll notice results in as little as 2 weeks! You have to be dedicated and wear it everyday for 2 to 3 hours and gradually increase. Theres 3 hooks so your waist can go down 2 to 3 inches or more. I was a 25/26 down to a 23. Now post pregnancy I am wearing it dailyy only time i take it off is when im sleeping! Pls lmk if any other questions💟

pamelaluv
pamelaluv@mskrystie I'm intrigued! Ok so I think I'd be a Medium (size 27 - my waist is @ 28"). My problem area is below my belly button. Not fat, but hard, protruding bump in belly that drives me crazy. Wonder how this would do//help that at all 🤔 can't hurt while it's working on my waist! 💗
Apr 25Reply
mskrystie
mskrystie@pamelaluv Yes medium if your waist is a 27/28😊 As long as your consistent wearing it daily you will see results! I love how this one is not bulky, so you can easily wear it under your clothes also

ksheirer
ksheirer@mskrystie hi I don't have any soft measuring tape and I'm in the process of losing weight! I was always a size 4-6, but a medication I was taking made me gain weight incredibly n I went from small to xl in a year and a half! It's been three months and I've lost 30lbs n finally bought jean crops and shorts in a 32, but I've also bought in the 31 too since I'm still losing! I'm also a 36 C, originally a 34 C maybe B! What would you recommend?
Jun 30Reply
mskrystie
mskrystie@ksheirer Hi my love!! That's amazinggg🎉🎉 Keep it up!! I would recommend 2XL since your continuing to lose weight. Theres 3 hooks to adjust in more. Please add to bundle when ready so i can offer a private discount for you!!😘😘😘
Jun 30Reply
ksheirer
ksheirer@mskrystie do u think it would be too big! I am wearing some med tops! I have a bigger bottom half lol! I'm told I look like I weigh a lot less than I am! For instance when I wore my smaller clothes size 27-28 I weighed around 120-130! I'm thinking of bundling two but I wanna make sure I'm getting the right sizes! One for now n one size smaller!
Jun 30Reply
mskrystie
mskrystie@ksheirer If your shorts are in 32 right now love, 2xl and xl should fit! Based on recommendations that ive given, buyers have always been happy 😊😊

msbetz
msbetzHi @mskrystie ! I'm back! The smallest part of my waist is 29.5-30 and I wear size small or 4. Do you think I should still get M or L? I was thinking ordering a M. My abs are flat but I just want the waist cinched in. Think M will do? Also you only have black? Trying to find something else to bundle or will you take offer? Let me know thanks! Would love to order in the am. ❤️
Aug 09Reply
mskrystie
mskrystie@msbetz Hi babe! Based on measurements your a L but if you want it really tight, you should be able to squeeze into the M babe. you can use offer button since your a returning buyer luv!💗
Aug 09Reply
msbetz
msbetz@mskrystie actually I just had my husband measure me. I'm 29. So med would be good?
Aug 09Reply
mskrystie
mskrystie@msbetz Hi babe!! For some reason i never receievd a notification for your comment above 😔 I just saw your love note! Thanksss babe so happy you loved it!! I can always order the nude color for you on my next batch, just let me know small or medium k luv!💟💟
Aug 11Reply
msbetz
msbetz@mskrystie hi! No worries all good. I'm wearing the M at the smallest hook right now. So let me see how it feels before letting you know which size. I'm wondering if i should get one to wear while working out as well. I currently own a latex one that is way too small and I can't breathe. So this one would be good to wear all day. Does this make your waist smaller semi temporarily or is it more like a spanx?
Aug 11Reply
mskrystie
mskrystie@msbetz Samee luv, i own a latex one also! imo, its too tight to work out in.. i love this for daily under clothing during errands and while working out! Honestly ive worn it forever and ive seen a difference in my waist size babe! i wear it into the sauna👍👍
Aug 11Reply
mskrystie
mskrystie@msbetz and just hand wash luv
Aug 11Reply
msbetz
msbetz@mskrystie do you wear over or under clothes sometimes? So how many do you have/use? I wonder how small the S is from the M. Can't wait to see results! ❤️
Aug 12Reply
mskrystie
mskrystie@webster1270 Hi luv! Thanks for returning!🤗 Anything else youd like to add before i send the private offer??
Aug 18Reply
mskrystie
mskrystie@petersenl My honest opinion is that as long as your consistent with wearing daily, combining with work out youll see a difference! This is very comfortable to wear under or over clothing 💟 Im here if you need anything else!
Aug 18Reply
mskrystie
mskrystie@petersenl Sorry only black in stock
Aug 18Reply
mskrystie
mskrystie@linzlabelsnlove don't worry love I'll send the right size to you even if the bundle is wrong!😄 what pant size do u normally wear? 😊
Aug 21Reply
thays123
thays123@mskrystie Hi there :) I am looking to replace my old waist trainer, as it is worn out! lol...Anyhow, I see you only have small to fit 24-25 in waist. I need something smaller. My waist is 22 right now and I need it tight just for maintenance. Do you happen to carry a xxs?
Aug 25Reply
