@mommilani Youll notice results in as little as 2 weeks! You have to be dedicated and wear it everyday for 2 to 3 hours and gradually increase. Theres 3 hooks so your waist can go down 2 to 3 inches or more. I was a 25/26 down to a 23. Now post pregnancy I am wearing it dailyy only time i take it off is when im sleeping! I was always a size 4-6, but a medication I was taking made me gain weight incredibly n I went from small to xl in a year and a half! It's been three months and I've lost 30lbs n finally bought jean crops and shorts in a 32, but I've also bought in the 31 too since I'm still losing! I'm also a 36 C, originally a 34 C maybe B! What would you recommend?
