This is Kelly's assistant and I have a pair of them of my own and I would say they are definitely true to size, not much stretch but They're not constricting. Id say go with your true size in pants. kmb42 @brandyeee so sorry sweetie....I will let you know if the vendor gets more XS in. We have the white ones in small. They run small. Everyone went up a size on those.
