chicorstreet @pmangus Hi, I am so sorry. I made a mistake with the item you purchased. I had two pairs of sunglasses one chanel and one coach. You purchased the one that said Coach but they are Chanel. I mixed them up because they are nearly identical and I looked at the logo closely as I was packaging them and my face was 😰. If you dont want them I understand I just feel bad and don't want you to think I was being deceitful.

It shows on my end that you accepted my offer, so my account would be charged upon accepting the order, ( i,e. once I receive the ring.) so that’s strange. Usually when someone else buys an item, it cancels the offer. Did you get a shipping label to send to another person?

pmangus @sehenkel - Go to Poshmark Support under your account section, (it’s where you saw your sales), and email them and explain what happened- that it looks like the ring sold to 2 people. Explain that you accepted an offer but received 2 labels- one for the offer you accepted and another for someone who also purchased the ring. They will get back to you usually within 24 hours.
