@atrap913 it truly also depends on your torso length. If you have a super long torso, the length will get eaten up by your torso and will be very short. If you have a short torso, it will be much longer on you. That's definitely something people forget to consider when taking measurements.

@skullee I understand your question completely. I just tried on for you. No the openings are not overly large at all. I think the model is just abnormally tiny because I have small shoulders and it doesn't do that for me at all. And I truly think large would fit you based on knowing your size.
